Meyco^® MP 364 Flex Resin

Meyco MP 364 Flex Resin is a two component injected resin specially designed for rapid stabilization of fractured strata. MP 364 Flex Resin penetrates cracks as small as 0.006 inches and provides structural strength and flexibility in dry or wet conditions.

Exceptional Physical Properties

Meyco MP 364 Flex Resin cures quickly with high adhesive strength. It is unaffected by water and will not absorb, shrink, expand or foam. MP 364 has equally fast reaction in dry or underwater conditions with good adhesion to wet and low friction substrates.

Solvent-free, urea-silicate injection resin
Two-components mixed at a ratio of 1:1
Very low exotherm - below 210° F
Water has no effect on exotherm
Part A contains no organic material (fewer combustion by-products)
Resists combustion and is self extinguishing
Part B has 20% less isocyanate than PUR’s
Fast bond strength development
Anti-static properties

Consolidation and stabilization of coal and rock strata
Consolidation of fractured rock, coal or gravel in roadways, shafts, coal faces and longwalls
Sealing against gas and water
Repair of concrete cracks
Underwater repairs and applications
Rockbolt grouting (in exceptions, not thixotropic)
