Cribpac Support
Cribpac is designed for underground mining roof support applications
where moderate yield is required. Fiber reinforced concrete, interlayered
with wood, provides up to 800 tons of high support capacity and yield
capabilities up to eight inches.
Cribpac support is mechanically placed with a scoop or forklift. Concrete, fibers and limited wood allow Cribpac to be "cut-able".
Mining applications for Cribpac Support include:
- Mine through areas in longwall panels
- Pre-driven recovery rooms
- Pillar extraction areas
- High volume support areas where high capacity & mechanical placement can save time & money
