Strata T-FORCE™ Air Supply System
Strata Safety introduces a new and effective way to safely power all types of pneumatic hand tools underground. The Strata T-FORCE™ Air Supply System consists of a carbon fiber wrapped, personal-sized 4,500 psi compressed air T-FORCE WORK BOTTLE™ and a one piece dual-stage regulator that accurately dial adjusts from 5 psi to 120 psi. The T-FORCE WORK BOTTLE delivers compressed air at your fingertips and eliminates the need for potentially dangerous air compressors or heavy gas cylinders in the mine.
T-FORCE WORK BOTTLES are designed and manufactured for commercial use and industrial applications. They lower fatigue and physical stress by eliminating compressors, hoses, set-up and breakdown, while increasing productivity and time savings. T-FORCE WORK BOTTLES provide complete and consistent regulated pressure in all environments from extreme heat to sub-zero conditions. All bottles are hydrostatically tested, approved and certified by the D.O.T. and conform to OSHA Standard 1910.22.
The Strata T-FORCE Air Supply System consists of:
- 4500psi WORK BOTTLE™
- One piece dual stage regulator
- 6' of coiled hose, rated at 145psi
- A quick connect hose coupling
- Dual indicator gauges for working psi and bottle pressures

T-FORCE Refill Station
The Strata T-FORCE REFILL STATION is a portable compressor system for refilling T-FORCE WORK BOTTLES. The REFILL STATION is capable of filling all size WORK BOTTLES to 4,800 psi. T-FORCE WORK BOTTLES can be filled with compressed air, nitrogen, Argon or Helium.
The T-FORCE REFILL Station includes:
- Dual fill hoses (preset to 3,000 psi & 4,500 psi)
- Auto shut-off
- Auto drain with timer and bucket
- Hour meter
- Integrated steel carry handles
- Durable powder coating
Portable Reserve Tanks
Portable Reserve Tanks eliminate the need for an on-site compressor and take seconds to refill WORK BOTTLES.
The 550 ci Reserve Tank Kit includes:

- Machined fill station
- 18” fill hose rates at 5,000 psi
- Removable roll control carry handles

Mini Lift Bag Kits
Lift Bags can be used to lift and assist in moving heavy equipment or objects, such as fallen rocks. They can also be used to spread parallel bars. They can be used individually or together.
The Lift Bags are inflated within seconds using Turanair® WORK BOTTLES™ and stay i
nflated until the air is released.
