Strata Trickle & Hose Dusters - Belt-Line

TRICKLE DUSTERS

Trickle dusters are low-pressure, continuous-use dusters that distribute lower quantities of rock dust by dispersing it into an air stream. The rock dust is circulated by the natural flow of ventilation air and blends with air-borne coal dust as it settles onto surfaces. Other than refilling supplies by hand, trickle dusters are independent. The rate of distribution is dependent on the unit model. Multiple dusters are used along the entry.

RETURN-AIR & BELT-LINE ENTRIES

Strata offers permissible, belt-driven and mine air powered models that can be used in return entries. Non-permissible units can be positioned in an adjacent entry and hoses run into the return entry.
