The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for receiving and promptly responding to customer needs to support a quality vendor-to-customer relationship. They will process customer orders and incoming receivables; issue purchase orders and perform tasks associated with Microsoft Navision and / or other software to support invoicing, shipping, inventory control and RMA requests.
Product Manager - Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.
The Product Manager will be responsible for the development and management of business relationships with Strata customers. They will provide support for current customers, as well as develop new customer relationships. They will work closely with the sales team and help develop and implement marketing activities to maximize sales.
Service Technician - Tunneling - Nationwide
The Service Technician will be responsible for installations and technical support of systems such as, but not limited to, Strata DigitalBRIDGE Plus+ Leaky Feeder, Strata fiber and high-speed data networking components, Strata CommTrac Wireless Communications and Tracking, HazardAvert® Proximity Detection Systems, and Cap Lamps. They will also provide support, maintenance, inspection and repair on underground emergency refuge chambers.
The Field Service Technician reports to the General Manager and works closely with members of other departments.
