Bert’s Drillin’ Juice
- A concentrate designed specifically for conditioning sands and silts where additional lubrication at the cutting face and muck stability during handling is desired. For use with Earth Pressure Balance Tunnel Boring Machines
- Lubricates the cutting face, thereby reducing wear of tools, cutterhead, and screw conveyors
- Reduces cutterhead torque in harder sands and silts
- Contains additional binders to help keep silts and sands together on conveyor belts
- Facilitates the propagation of bubbles in the foam, creating perfect EPB foam
- Helps to homogenize excavated material, resulting in better pressure control at the face

- A concentrate designed specifically for conditioning cohesive clays. For use with Earth Pressure Balance Tunnel Boring Machines
- Converts sticky cohesive clays into perfect EPB muck with a consistency similar to blue cheese
- Reduces downtime due to cleaning by keeping moisture content below the liquid limit
- Reduces the need to clean conveyors by making the muck less sticky
- Reduces problems with muck disposal by keeping a consistency that dumps want – the only problem will be that you’re going too fast
- Zero-degree angle of repose on muck pile is possible

Soilax-P
- A water absorbent polymer designed for use in sandy, high water content ground.
- Used with Tunnel Boring Machines or borehole applications
- It is typically used in conjunction with a 5-7% bentonite solution and dosed at a rate of approximately 3% of dry bentonite by weight
- Enhances the ability of bentonite solutions to provide excavation stability in sandy ground
- May be used to improve muck consistency in sandy ground with high water content

Soilax-DF.L
- An agent designed specifically for neutralizing unwanted foam bubbles
- Foam ground conditioners typically used for TBM tunneling sometimes cause unintentional bubbles in sumps and dewatering systems; Soilax DF.L is used to combat these unwanted bubbles
- Soilax DF.L may be sprayed over the affected area or added to sumps and tanks where affected water is stored
- Eliminates nuisance foam from areas, sumps, and tanks
- Perfect for use in conjunction with Soilax-S and Soilax-AC ground conditioners
- Suitable for use above and below ground anywhere nuisance foam is encountered

- A driving grade tail sealant for tunnel boring machines. It is formulated to provide protection of the wire brushes and tightness of the tail seal.
